  • Particularity: Coniferous evergreen shrub, with flaky brown bark, and prostrate on irregular conical crown.
Foliage
  • Evergreen.
  • Color: Strongly glaucous blue-green.
  • Form: The leaves are large needle-like, 3-9 mm long, arranged in six rows alternating whorls of three.
Cones
  • Color: Shiny black.
  • Form: Berry-like, globose to ovoid, 4-9 mm in length and 4-6 mm in diameter.
  • Season: They are mature in about 18 months.
