Below are the terms and conditions of sale with which you can perform simple online purchases of plants and fruit trees in pots, olive trees in pots, and manure natural sold by us on the Internet.
The Client, after identifying the varieties and quantities of plants of your necessity, may send the order by adding them to your shopping cart.
The next step will be to choose the method of payment (step 4).
Euro Plants Vivai will respond via Email to the address indicated by the Client, confirming the products and quantities required.
In the case of out of stock, Euro Plants Vivai, via telephone authorized by the Client, will replace the missing with other similar varieties.

2. Shipping and Handling
The transport costs are considered with a fee of € 10,00 per order. When an order exceeds € 50.00, shipping is free.

7. Returns & Refunds
If a product or an order does not match to your requests, the Client will be able to return the product, the products or the entire Order, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the Goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on rights of Consumers.
After the 14 day of termination of contract, the returned products will not be accepted.
All products will be strictly returned to Euro Plants Vivai in condition to be relisted (Products in perfect condition accompanied by their original packaging).
Redemption of Products Purchased at a discount to the price of the Products will amount less the discount applied.
We invite the Client preferably using the same package in which it was delivered.
If this is not possible, we ask the Client to pack the product or the entire order carefully to avoid any problems during the return.

For any dispute arising in connection with this contract, the competent court is that of Perugia, Italy.
